Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Items showing signs of use, damage, or tampering cannot be accepted for return.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, used perfumes or testers cannot be returned once opened. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if there is an issue.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days through your original payment method.
- Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@noirdesires.com with your order details and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
